Why Therapy?

If you are facing hardships, distress, relationship conflict, grief or loss, the effects of trauma, or the symptoms of anxiety or depression, or escaping into alcohol, internet, or video games, psychotherapy or counseling can often times provide healthier alternatives and relief that can range from the development of coping skills to manage what cannot be changed, to making changes that relieve the symptoms or struggles and allow one to realize more of his or her life goals and personal potential.
